Payment/Refund/Cancellation Policies
Your Spiritual Free Will and Choice is honored in each and every area of Ray of Life Healing. Here is a detailed refund and cancellation policy for Sessions and Classes. Below is our website Privacy and Security Policy.
Classes
All deposits for classes must be received before the ‘deadline to register’ date to be eliglble for the class. All classes must be paid for in full prior to class, unless a payment plan is established prior to start of class (most classes have available payment plans… please contact me directly for additional payment options).
If there is failure to pay for the class in full (due to non-payment or missing more than two consecutive payments in a row according to the payment plan established), all sessions or activations received before or during the class will be nullified, and the material learned will not work as it is intended.
Receive a full and complete refund for a class if cancelled before the start date of the class, and by returning all materials received in good and reusable condition. If materials have been used or are in poor or non-reusable condition, you may receive a full refund minus material costs.
If you are dissatisfied with a class after taking it, you may receive a full refund, less materials received, up to 30 days after the last class date. Any sessions or activations received before or during class will be nullified, and the material learned will not work as it is intended.
Sessions
All sessions and CCT Soul Charts must be paid for prior to receiving the session or chart.
Receive a full refund if you cancel or change your session more than 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.
Receive a partial refund if you cancel or chang within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.
(For your convenience, we provide a free 24 hour reminder of your scheduled appointment.)
If for some reason you are dis-satisfied with a session that you receive, you will receive a full refund, if notified within 7 days of your scheduled appointment. Any energy work received during your session will be nullified, and you will not be eligible to schedule future sessions.
Please note: when energy begins moving after a session, it can cause a number of changes in your life, which can take some time to happen. Be sure to allow some time for these changes to show up, and please read our ‘What To Expect After A Session’ article to learn more about what you may experience after working with energetic transformation.
Member Programs
All membership programs (and corresponding automatic payments) may be cancelled at any time during membership. You have access to cancel or suspend your monthly membership through your online portal (username/e-mail and password required). If you have lost or do not know your username, please contact me directly at Scott@RayofLifeHealing.com. If you have lost or do not remember your password, you may reset it through the online portal for your program.
No funds will be refunded upon cancellation of your membership program, and you will not be charged any additional fees for canceling.
Funds are charged monthly on the date you originally signed up for the program, on the card usd at the time of sign-up. If your montly charge does not go through, you will not have access to the program until your card is updated. You may update your card or any other information through your member portal.
You will not have access to any of the membership benefits after you cancel your membership.

Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. We do not sell, give away or distribute any personal information in any way. All web servers track basic information about their visitors. This information includes, but is not limited to, IP addresses, browser details, timestamps and referring pages. None of this information can personally identify specific visitors to this site. The information is tracked for routine administration and maintenance purposes only.
If you choose to fill out your information into one of our ‘Contact Us’ or ‘Comments’ forms, you may receive a call back or e-mail regarding your inquiry. Again, any information you share via one of these forms will not be sold or given to any third party, and will only be used to contact you about your inquiry.
Cookies
Our site utilizes a standard technology called “cookies” to collect information about how this site is used. Passive Information gathered may include the date and time of visits, the site pages viewed, time spent at this site, the sites visited just before and just after this site. Passive Information is collected on an aggregate basis without any association to your personal information so that you remain anonymous. If you do not wish to transmit “cookie” information about yourself, you may turn off the cookie function in your web browser; please consult the “Help” section of your browser to correctly do so. We use Passive Information to gather information about our users and to enhance and design this site to make it easier, faster and friendlier to use. Additionally, cookies help LVFD Inc know information about how many people visit this site, when they visit and how they use this site. We do not connect any of this information to your personal information or email address.
Opting Out
If, at any time, you wish to cancel your subscription to the blog(s) or e-mail subscription(s), you may do so. An unsubscribe button is available on all e-mail subscriptions, and to cancel your subscription to any blog, please e-mail us at Scott@RayofLifeHealing.com, and you will be removed immediately.
Security Policy
We use 128 bit SSL encryption technology, on secure, high encryption credit card processing servers to process credit card transactions. For you this means that your credit card information cannot be stolen, hacked or anything else. It is 100% safe. We do not store your account or banking information.
